Breanna Turner, MA, LMFT

Anxiety | couples Therapy | Identity

Breanna is passionate about meeting people where they are and creating a safe space for them to explore deeper parts of themselves. Breanna believes that providing a non-judgmental, genuine connection is crucial in working toward creating an authentic relationship with others, which in turn provides a safe space for healing. Her approach integrates both attachment and a cognitive behavioral therapy lens. Within that framework there is an invitation to look at the past and different attachment experiences, as well as learning coping skills to become healthier spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. Breanna’s goal is to help people find and connect to their true selves.

Breanna received her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fresno Pacific University Biblical Seminary. Breanna has worked extensively with a diversity of adults, children, couples, and adolescents in individual and collective settings. Breanna has worked with a variety of issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, young adult transitions, relationship issues, spiritual abuse, loss and grief, and couples’ therapy.

“Creating a safe space for people to reflect on their lives and work towards their goals is sacred and a privilege. Often coming into therapy is a difficult step. I am honored to walk alongside people who are searching.”
