Insurance
We are pleased to announce Roubicek & Thacker Counseling is now an in-network provider with Aetna, Kaiser, and Blue Shield insurance plans.
If you are insured with any of these providers, your therapy sessions may be covered according to your plan's benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage details.
For clients with other insurance providers, we continue to operate as an "out of network" provider. If you have a PPO plan, the cost of our services may be partially or fully reimbursable by your insurance provider, depending on the therapist you see. We are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Our Rates
Payment for therapy is due at the start of each session.
We accept most debit and credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
Therapy Sessions
50 Minute Session | $135-150
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals, couples & families to process and explore their thoughts and feelings. Most clients schedule sessions weekly or bi-weekly.
Morning Special
50 Minute Session | $95
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals, couples & families to process and explore their thoughts and feelings. Most clients schedule sessions weekly or bi-weekly.

Group Therapy
Workshops | First workshop - FREE! Then, $25/workshop
Weekly Group Sessions | $50/week
Online or in-person, our group therapy programs include an initial workshop series followed by weekly group sessions. Group sessions consists of 90 minute group meetings, once per week for 12-18 months.
