Meet Amber S. Cardiel, MA, ASW

As a Registered Associate Social Worker, Amber enjoys working with teens, young adults, and adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Amber is passionate about working with individuals and teens who want to learn more about themselves, helping them to find and highlight their inner strengths and resiliency.

Amber enjoys making deep meaningful connections with clients and wants them to feel comfortable and heard during their interactions. She feels privileged to be able to be part of their healing journey.

Amber was born and raised in the central valley. She graduated from Fresno Pacific University in 2020 with her Bachelors in Social Work. She then completed Grad school at the university of Kentucky where she received her masters in social work. Amber has experience working with teens and families that were in the child welfare system or in the juvenile justice system, offering mentoring services to both families and the youth. She also gained experience from previous employment with a foster family agency working with kids and families through a trauma informed lens.

I believe clients are the true agents of change over their lives and I am ready to be there alongside them to offer support as they take on this journey. I like to be able to understand and be mindful of where the clients are at in their healing process so I can offer the best support as a therapist.
