Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, AMFT #136579
As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Chalice works with teenagers and adults who may be struggling with anxiety or depression due to life or relational transitions and clients who are exploring/questioning their spirituality/religious views including but not limited to existential crisis or fear of death. Chalice also works with couples in distress who are looking to repair, strengthen, or uncouple their relationships. Chalice loves working with clients not only on thoughts, feelings, behaviors, patterns, and symptoms but also somatically. Working holistically, including all of you in sessions: mind, body, and even spirit is Chalice’s passion but of course not a requirement. Above all else, her sole intention is to help you on your healing journey, so please come as you are!
Every person has different needs, which is why Chalice doesn't work the same way with each client. Chalice doesn't believe in cookie-cutter therapy. Chalice does believe that you can accomplish your goals, work towards change, and ultimately be the best version of yourself.
Chalice is from the east coast where she studied exercise science and dance for her undergraduate degrees. After dancing professionally and working in the fitness field, Chalice decided to switch career paths to mental health. Prior to graduate school, she worked with high-risk youth in both group homes and wilderness therapy settings.
Under supervision of Michael C. Roubicek, PhD, LCSW

A vivid memory can prompt feelings, thoughts, physicality, and ignite our senses and this is exactly why we can learn to utilize our past memories for good use in the present.
