Jeff P. Crane, PhD, LMFT

Dr. Jeff Crane is passionate about hope. Hope for improvement and hope for change. In both his research and his practice of therapy he has found that close, safe, and stable relationships are a core necessity for everyone regardless of their stage in life or what they may be facing.

As a result, he has a deep passion for helping couples and families find hope and improve their relational bonds. His areas of clinical expertise and experience include couples therapy, intimate partner violence, at risk adolescents, premarital couples, stepfamilies, sex-addiction, depression and anxiety.

Jeff has received specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) from Sue Johnson and other EFT certified trainers. He has experienced great success in helping couples improve their relationships through an EFT lens.

Dr. Crane is a licensed marriage and family therapist at Roubicek and Thacker Counseling and a Professor of MFT at Fresno State. He is dedicated to teaching, research and writing about MFT related issues and topics.
