Do you want to feel more accepted by your partner and have less conflict in your relationship?

Would you like to feel like your partner is more accessible, responsive and emotionally engaged with you?

Is it time to learn how to communicate in new ways that promote better understanding, closeness and connection?

Our Created for Connection Couples Workshop can lay the groundwork for making all of this possible.

About the Workshop

The Created for Connection workshop is an educational, interactive relationship workshop with content and exercises based on Dr. Sue Johnson’s book Hold Me Tight and her empirically proven couples therapy model, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Topics include:

  • Understanding the need for love

  • How love goes wrong: The demon dialogues

  • Finding the raw spots

  • Fixing mistakes and creating a secure relationship

This event provides valuable information about the types of interactions that lead to disconnection, conflict, and emotional injuries in relationships, as well as interactions and tools that create strong, intimate, and supportive connections between partners.
